Affordable Home Care
Home Instead Senior Care is focused on providing quality, one-on-one care to seniors in their home in the Brandon and Tampa area. We are an affordable solution for the seniors among us who may require assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, personal care, grocery shopping, errands or simple companionship in order to remain happily in their homes.
Our services range from $15.95 per hour for companionship and light housekeeping, $18.75 per hour for personal care serices and $30.00 for a one hour bath visit depending on the client's particular in-home care needs and hours of service.
We accept various sources of payment such as:

Private Pay - Our office accepts personal checks as payment for our bi-monthly billing.

Long Term Care Insurance - Upon receiving a copy of the policy, we will assist you in processing the long term care insurance claim forms, providing the appropriate licensing, daily care notes and Assignment of Benefits.

Medicaid Waiver - Our office is a Medicaid Waiver provider. If you or your family member is already receiving Medicaid Waiver benefits, please contact your social worker and request Home Instead Senior Care. The local Medicaid Waiver office will fax our office an authorization, specifying number of hours and levels of service.

Long Term Care Diversion Plan - Home Instead Senior Care is a provider for American Eldercare, Citrus Tango, Evercare and Universal Care. These companies manage the funds available for services through the Diversion Plan. Similar to the Medicaid Waiver program, a member of the Diversion Plan has the option to select their provider. An authorization is faxed to our office outlining number of hours and service.

Veteran Benefits - If you are a veteran or surviving spouse of a veteran requiring in home care, you may be eligible to receive pension benefits. Additional information can be found at
