Ada Wong, MBA, Owner

Ada Wong, owner of the Home Instead Senior Care office in Pasadena has a deep passion for helping seniors and their families.

As a corporate professional, Ada has fifteen years of experience in management, operations and human resources in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and health care field prior to opening up her Home Instead Senior Care office in February 2003.

"It's the relationships we have with our seniors and their families," said Ada, that makes her job most rewarding and satisfying.  Knowing how appreciative the seniors are when they are able to remain in their own homes with just a little assistance with our service has grown to long term relationships with our seniors.

One of the distinct differences of Home Instead Senior Care is our ability to match the most compatible CAREGiver to each senior we provide care for.  Ada said, "I think that's why our seniors form a very special bond with our CAREGivers because we made a perfect match."

It is a blessing and honor to work in the senor care field; Ada has elderly parents herself and loves working with seniors and the children who want the best for their parents.

Divina Johnson, Staffing Coordinator

Divina comes with more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality and healthy home living field; and Divina continues to be part of a team that provides quality service to our seniors.   Interviewing, scheduling and retaining quality CAREGivers who give their utmost attention, compassion and dependability to seniors can be a challenge.  "It is a rewarding experience at the end of each day when every assignment has been staffed; our seniors depend on us and will work very hard to make it happen", said Divina.  Divina cared for her aging parents and understands first hand that trustworthiness; dedication and compassion for seniors are great attributes that we look for in our CAREGivers.
