After a number of years in the corporate marketing world, Jason decided to focus his energy and passion on serving the seniors of Central Iowa. He thoroughly enjoys the numerous relationships he has with social workers, discharge planners and medical personnel he has served over the years. His greatest joy comes from knowing that Home Instead Senior Care's services have helped nearly a 1,000 clients remain safe and independent in their own home environment. Amy Alden General Manager
Amy's primary role is to ensure that Home Instead Senior Care's clients are satisfied with the service being provided, and is a valuable link to the families of these clients. She believes that everyone should have an opportunity to enjoy the freedom of aging at home. Because of her extremely close relationship with her grandmother, she recognizes the value of adding to someone's quality of life and appreciates the way companionship nourishes the spirit. Katie's primary role is to manage the weekly schedules of Home Instead Senior Care's clients and CAREGivers. She also acts as a valuable communicator with the families we serve. Katie enjoys knowing that people are safe and happy in their own homes, and she likes knowing that her job plays a small role in ensuring that safety and independence occurs every day. Abby's primary function is to recruit, hire and train our wonderful staff of CAREGivers. Abby claims the most rewarding aspect of the position is seeing the positive experiences our Clients and their families have with our CAREGivers, knowing we provide a quality of life for our Clients that's mutually rewarding and personal.
