An area company has created a new program designed to take the heat off family caregivers who are preparing meals for their senior-age loved ones, especially those with special dietary needs.
In response to this issue, Home Instead Senior Care has partnered with national nutrition experts from the University of Maryland and the Duke University Medical Center to promote healthy, stress-free grocery shopping and meal preparation tips and recipes for the approximate 2,400 households in Boone County that are caring for seniors.
