Quality Assurance is something we feel is very important to our customers and to us. At Home Instead Senior Care, we understand the need to build and maintain relationships in order to recognize and resolve problems before they develop. This is why we make it a goal to meet and interact with our clients on a regular basis so that we get to know exactly who they are and how to meet their individual needs.
At Home Instead Senior Care in Chester County, we follow up with every client shortly after services begin. This is to ensure that the schedule and services initially requested are still what’s desired. That way adjustment can be made right away. In addition, several follow up visits are done throughout the year to ensure our clients satisfaction and to address any need for changes in the services we are providing.
When coming to your home, a representative from our Quality Assurance Department will be there to introduce any new CAREGiver to your loved one and make certain that both individuals are comfortable. After the initial shift together, the representative will then call to follow up and make sure that everyone involved had an enjoyable time together and all requests were met.
We want every one to have a positive experience with us! In order to achieve our goal, we work with J.D. Powers and Associates to have them ask our clients to rate both the caregivers and our office staff on the level of service we provide. We are proud to share with a ranking from 1 to 10, our clients have our office ranked at 8.6
