At Home Instead Senior Care, we take pride in our CAREGivers and the passion they have for taking care of seniors. The outstanding dedication, skills and compassion our CAREGivers have for our clients, are a huge part of what makes us a quality company. Many of the CAREGivers that started with us 10 years ago are still with Home Instead Senior Care today. Today, we employee 200 CAREGivers within Chester County who all work toward building relationships with our clients and taking the utmost care of senior loved ones.
Through our seven extensive training programs, our CAREGivers are ready and willing to help with the many types of different situations that can occur in an elderly individual’s life. However, our office feels that it is not just how the tasks are performed that makes a good CAREGiver, it’s the companionship and personality. This is why we believe that relationships based on trust must be established. Therefore, we place a high priority on matching our CAREGivers and clients. The bond that develops between them is one that fosters independence, promotes well-being, and supports seniors’ needs with dignity.
To us it is personal, it is heartfelt, and we think of every CAREGiver and client as family.
