They knew what his and my needs were. They answered any questions that I had, even if they sounded stupid. My first experience with Home Instead was when I was a social worker at Crosslands when the co-owners first started out visiting the retirement home and talked about their services. I was impressed with the level of interest and compassion they showed and several Crossland residents signed on for services. If there were problems they were addressed. Our residents were happy. Your community service representative, Bill, came on board and again personal attention and responsiveness were cornerstones the relationship.
Fast forward to May 2010 when I found myself struggling to help my own family members. For several years he needed, but resisted to, extra help at home. In came your company –answering our prayers for compassion, interest and helping. Your CAREGiver made sure my love one was safe, drove him places, and provided friendship to a man who was grieving so many things. We were overwhelmed by the caring not only expressed to my father-in-law, but our whole family.
