A Tradition of Great Caregiving

At Home Instead Senior Care, we reward our local CAREGivers, on a monthly basis, with the "CAREGiver of the Month"  award. This award is given to those who go above and beyond. It is our way of showing our appreciation for all they do.

This program inspires CAREGivers to strive for excellence. It creates a sense of pride in the fact that the Home Instead Senior CareSM franchise network recognizes, appreciates and rewards their hard work, compassionate care and service to others.


Congratulations to Beth Kaiser, our CAREGiver of the month for April

Beth started working for Home Instead Senior Care because of her caring nature and compassion for the elderly.  She feels that CAREGiving is a worthwhile way to spend a person’s time, and helping them with their needs is a plus.

Beth loves that she is able to become a part of seniors lives in a way that she could not if she weren’t a CAREGiver.   As an experienced RN, Beth feels that CAREGiving is the best there is as far as one on one care.

“Everyone has their own gift and succeeds at what they are good at.” Beth says, and we could not agree more!


Congratulations to Patti Urtz, our CAREGiver of the Month for March!

Patti has been a loyal CAREGiver of Home Instead Senior Care for almost 7 years.  Since she first started with your company, she has been a delight to work with.  She is always willing to step up to the plate and goes above and beyond for those she works with.

Patti’s kind heart is what led her to be a CAREGiver.  She truly enjoys getting to know people, and hearing their stories.  She believes that everyone has value and wisdom to share.  Her compassion, dedication and personal touch are what make her reach her goal, of keeping seniors living independently.


Congratulations to Kathy Greco, our "CAREGiver of the Month" for February

Kathy started working with Home Instead Senior Care in October of 2010.  Originally, she applied for the position because her children were getting older and she was looking to get a little something more out of life.  She had helped members of her family and thought Home Instead would be a good fit.  Little did she know that caregiving was her calling!   Kathy says this job feeds her sole.  She has fallen in love with her clients, and they have all become close friends of hers.

Kathy always goes above and beyond to help the clients she works with.  Whether it’s accepting more hours to help the client get things done, doing an activity the client enjoys or updating the office on a client’s status,  she always has smile on her face.  The clients love having her around, and we do too!


Congratulations to Carolyn Fritz, our CAREGiver of the month for January!

Carolyn has been a CAREGiver of ours for 8 years!  Having her degree in Adult Life and Aging, Carolyn has always had a passion for working with the elderly.  Prior to working at Home Instead Senior Care, she worked at a local senior center and helped  with her own family members.  Carolyn says the best part of this job is knowing she is making a different in someones life.  She thoroughly enjoys getting to know people, and our clients love having her!
