Home Instead Senior Care serving the Clear Lake Area including Webster, Friendswood, Pasadena, League City, Pearland, Baytown and Southeast Houston is an affordable, non-medical provider of companionship and in-home care services for adults and seniors needing extra assistance in their homes. Our CAREGivers have been thoroughly screened, drug tested, references and criminal backgrounds checked; and are covered by a fidelity bond and insured by work-related accident policy for your protection. Home Instead CAREGivers are employees of Home Instead Senior Care - not independent contracters. Social Security and related employment taxes are paid by Home Instead Senior Care and the employee in accordance with State and Federal Law.
Our CAREGivers participate in an ongoing education and training programming that focuses on topics such as safety and senior related issues and illnesses. We also have a Non-Medical Alzheimer's & Dementia Training Program where our certified Alzheimer's Administrator supervises Alzheimer's trained CAREGivers who care for clients afflicted with Alzheimer's disease or Dementia.
Home Instead CAREGivers can assist clients on-on-one with such tasks as bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, ambulation, transfer assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, grocery shopping, incidential transportation to Doctor's appointments and other activities that enable seniors to remain "home instead" for a longer period of time. This office is also licensed by and held accountable to the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services (DADS) and follows strict guidelines and regulations in order to perform Personal Assistant Services.
Rates for individuals for Companionship, Home Helper and Personal Care Services range per hour depending on the services that are needed. We also offer discounted flat rates for 24-hour care and 12-hour sleepover stays. Service can be arranged for as little as (4) four consecutive hours a day or as many as 24-hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays and weekends.
All of our CAREGivers are personally introduced to our clients and our services include supervisory visits and follow up quality assurance calls. Special attention is given to match our CAREGivers with our clients to achieve utmost compatibility. All our CAREGivers are hired locally from the Clear Lake and Southeast Houston Area. Our office staff is on call 24-hours, seven days a week in case of emergencies and to provide extra support to our clients and CAREGivers.
We do not bind clients to use our services for any length of time and as mentiond above, we only have a four-hour minimum per visit and clients can use our services daily, weekly, temporarily or on a stand-by basis, whichever suits their needs!
