Victor Erato - Franchise Owner

Victor opened the Racine Home Instead office 8 years ago when personal health issues led him to re-evaluate his career.  During his recovery he was forced to rely on friends and family for care.  He then decided he wanted to be in the business of helping others.

Victor is a member of Racine TRIAD Assoc., Downtown Racine Rotary, Racine County Commisssion on Aging, Southeast Wisconsin Area Agency of Aging, as well as Chairperson for the Alzheimer's Memory Walk.


Audrey Linnenkohl - Office Manager

Audrey has been at Home Instead Senior Care for the past 7 years.  After 26 years of being a Personal Banker, and always having a soft spot for seniors, this is the place for Audrey, and Victor knew it.  We consider Audrey the glue that holds the office together.

Christine Scott - Administrative Assistant

Christine has come to us out of "A stay at home Mom's retirement," when her youngest child began school.  Being used to caring for her three children and their four pets, Christine is a natural.  She is eager to please and able to get the job done.

Jeanne Jurkiewicz - Training and Retention Coordinator

Being a wife, mother, grandmother, and a daughter of a 83-year-old mother, Jeanne knows the importance of being a CAREGiver.

Jeanne has 17+ years of office experience as well as being a CAREGiver for the Racine Home Instead Senior Care office.  Jeanne's experience and personality was a perfect fit to bring her into the office as Training and Retention Coordinator.  She knows the importance of finding the right CAREGiver as well as caring for our clients.

Bernadette Skalecki - Staff Coordinator

Bernadette has past experience at being a CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care,  giving her an advantage of what our CAREGivers job entails.  She also knows the importance of matching the right CAREGiver to the Client.  She is a great asset to our team. 

Before working at Home Instead Senior Care, Bernie worked as an Educational Secretary for ITT  Technichal College.  Bernie has two sons, and five grandchildren. 

Jerry Tapp - Community Service Representative

Jerry joined Home Instead Senior Care Racine Franchise in April 2010 as the Community Service Representative.  Jerry has a B.A. degree in Communication from UW-Parkside.  His background is in writing and marketing.  He worked at four area non-profits before joining us.  He has been married to Judi, an elementary school teacher, for over 30 years.  They have two children.
