Franchise Owner Steve Habenicht and his wife Dalette opened the Quad Cities office in January of 2002. We quickly established a reputation for hiring great CAREGivers and becoming a trusted source of companionship and homecare for Quad City seniors.
Now in our 7th year in business the passion and desire to continue to be THE trusted source of companionship and homecare for seniors has never been higher.
- Why do seniors and their families choose Home Instead Senior Care; it's our reputation!
- Why do Health Care professionals, Social Workers, Attorneys and Trust Officers refer to us; because we're reliable and responsive!
- Why are clients and their family glad to refer friends and give references; its their CAREGiver Experience!
Thank you for visiting our website. We look forward to caring for you or a loved-one.

Debbie Elliott joined us in July of 2009 and serves as our Director of CAREGiver Education, Training and Community Relations. Her past experience in education at a leading Sylvan Learning Center makes her the ideal person to direct our "CAREGiver Leadership" program to take ordinary people and become extraordinary CAREGivers. Debbie's tenure in Community Relations at a local senior living community has earned the respect of her peers as an ethical, trusted senior care professional, and is anxious to spread the word that Home Instead is a trusted source of home care, an educational resource and the employer of choice for those looking for a career in senior care.
