I want to thank you so much for your attention to detail and let you know how very much we appreciate the flexibility of your staff. Every caregiver you have sent our way has been especially wonderful, professional and most of all caring. We find the caregivers easy to work with and enjoy their company as much as my mom does.

David Gest

David Gest - Owner and Chief Executive Officer

David Gest began pondering the idea of opening a Home Instead Senior Care franchise in Bryan/College Station in late 2001.  The office was opened in January of 2002 and the journey since that time has been remarkable.

David's background for the 20 years leading up to starting Home Instead was advertising - he was involved most recently with television advertising as a Regional Vice President of Cox Communications' media arm, CableRep Advertising.

David's focus is on administration and operations as well as directing the marketing efforts of the business.  Blessed with a great staff, David and his team thoroughly enjoy assisting seniors in remaining independent in their own homes and look forward to providing these services in the Brazos Valley for many years to come.

A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, David and his wife Linda have called College Station home since 1992.

Donna Williams - General Manager

In February of 2010 Home Instead Senior Care of Bryan/College Station was very fortunate to bring Donna on board as a Staff Coordinator. With over 11 years experience with the Brazos Valley Community Action Agency, Donna brought the skills she developed as a case manager working with the elderly in the area to our office. What a great team member Donna has turned out to be!

In October of 2011 Donna was promoted to General Manager.  In this new role, Donna oversees the day to day operations of Home Instead.  She works extensively with all departments to insure that we are running at peak efficiency.  Donna brings an unbridled passion to the business that reminds each of us exactly why we are here each day. Her desire to help our clients is extremely sincere and the joy with which she fulfills her duties is contagious to everyone in the office.

Ginger Moore

Ginger Moore - Administrator

Ginger was one of the very first CAREGivers hired by Home Instead Senior Care in the Bryan/College Station area and quickly proved to be a wonderful member of the caregiving team.

With many years of caregiving experience, Ginger rapidly became the CAREGiver to go to for the most difficult cases presented to Home Instead.  With nearly 6,000 hours of caregiving experience for Home Instead Senior Care alone, Ginger's experience and work ethic made her an ideal candidate for the position of Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, a position she held from March 2005 through January 2007.  That January Ginger was promoted to Client Care Coordinator.

In her current role as Administrator, Ginger is primarily responsible for our compliance with the regulations of the Department of Aging and Disability Services.  This is a major responsibility and Ginger works tirelessly to maintain her continuing education so that she can remain aware of all of the requirements of the position. In addition, Ginger plays a major role in billing and payroll activities for the company while also handling A/R and A/P functions.

Brandi Medina - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Brandi Medina - Director of Client Services

Brandi joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in September of 2006 and made an immediate and positive impact on the operations of Home Instead.

As Director of Client Services, Brandi's focus is on improving the quality of care for our clients through an extensive program of on-the-job training for our CAREGivers.  She regularly makes home visits to work hands-on with CAREGivers to improve their skills, thereby improving the quality of care provided to seniors.  She does assessments on each CAREGiver and provides expertise to CAREGivers at all levels of experience.

Brandi has been a CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) for many years and has a tremendous amount of hands-on experience.

Brandi does an outstanding job in her role but she also brings intangibles to the position that are worth mentioning! Her sense of humor and great attitude about her work is evident every day. Brandi understands the goals of Home Instead and works hard every day to see that they are met.

Fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language, Brandi is a tremendous resource to our office.

Ji Moya -- Staff Coordinator

Ji joined Home Instead Senior Care in July of 2011 and she has been a great addition to the Administrative Team!

Originally hired as Administrative Assistant, Ji quickly proved to be adept at handling one of the most difficult positions in our company -- matching CAREGivers and clients so that the Home Instead Experience is a positive one for all involved.  She has quickly learned about our client's needs as well as the strengths of each CAREGiver and uses this information to make compatible matches.

With prior experience in the Home Health field, Ji is a perfect fit for our Administrative Team.  She brings a positive attitude to the office each and every day and lifts up the people around her.
