Jack Cross has owned and managed the Lexington Office of Home Instead Senior Care since June, 2002. He holds a B.S. Degree from Penn State University and a MBA in Health Care Management from Boston University. He has over 34 years experience in senior management and CEO positions in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and managed care organizations in the areas of operations, product development and marketing.
Under his direction, since 2002, the Lexington Office has grown an average of 30-35% per year. Jack attributes this exceptional growth to 4 factors:

- The high quality, warm, friendly, compassionate, intelligent and competent caregivers recruited and hired by the office.

Jack writes a monthly newspaper column entitled "Senior Cares" which appears in 6 suburban weeklies. The objective of the column is to present useful and or interesting information to seniors and the people who care for them.
