Ryan Fensler

Ryan Fensler B.S.W. M.P.A., General Manager

As the General Manager, Ryan stays focused on the Home Instead message and the community and keeping the day to day operations of the office running smoothly. He has been on staff with Home Instead since 2006 having previously worked with the City and County of Broomfield and the State of Nevada Division for Aging. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Kate Seal

Kate Seal, Director of Service Excellence

Kate has been on staff with Home Instead for over 8 years. She feels strongly Home Instead Senior Care is a key community resource. Kate spends time with every family, learning about their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services. She explains, “Assisting people with their health, happiness and safety in their homes is honorable work that I absolutely love being a part of. Home Instead Senior is a trustworthy organization, holding only the best intentions for their employees and clientele”.

Cindy Edgar

Cindy Edgar PHR, Human Resource Coordinator

Cindy comes to Home Instead Senior Care with diverse background in Human Resources, Medicine and IT. She loves helping others and prides herself on teaching her children to serve as well. Cindy commented, “The ability to be with my father during his last week and provide care for him at home and support my family was certainly emotional, but I wouldn’t have traded it for anything”. I’ve been so touched by finding so many wonderful CAREGivers in the community that want to serve others and help our clients have a great quality of life.

Jean Kelly

Jean Kelly, Client Staffing Coordinator

Jean joined our office staff seven years ago, after providing excellent service for many of our clients for a year. Jean understands the value CAREGivers bring to clients’ lives. Her passion for service before self and a love for assisting seniors in the community has been the foundation she uses to help many families struggling with the aging process. Jean works to create a positive experience between every family and CAREGiver.

Dana Fox, Office Administrator

Dana comes to Home Instead Senior Care with an extensive background in financial services. Her patience and understanding working with families, clients and CAREGivers has been instrumental in assuring industry leading service delivery. She provides quality customer service to our clients, CAREGivers and staff.
