Julie Ann Anderson, Owner

Julie Ann has been a part of caring for our Sonoma County elderly since 1998. After being the primary caregiver for elderly family members along side with having been trained as an EMT; she realized she wanted to go further in creating something that was meaningful, had purpose and helped others. She saw first hand the enormous need to keeping our elderly safe and in their own homes where they can age in place with dignity and respect.

Marilyn Galloway, Branch Manager

Marilyn has over 25+ years of experience in Administration in the Medical field. She has been a CNA, Chiropractic Assistant, worked with Insurance and an Accounts Receivable Manager. She is responsible for the daily operations of our franchise office with each day bringing new challenges and rewards. She is here to help our clients, their families and our staff.

Sheri Lang, Staffing Manager

Sheri began caring for the elderly in the 1980s as a CNA in skilled nursing facilities while earning her BA degree at Sonoma State University. While helping to care for her grandmother at home in the 1990's, she worked through the challenges that families are faced when looking for a caregiver for their loved ones. Before moving into our Staffing Manager position in 2011, she worked as a CAREgiver for Home Instead. Her background gives her a natural instinct for matching the best CAREgiver for each client and, with our amazing pool of CAREgivers, that perfect match is easy to find!

Lana Fennell, Marketing Director

Lana has been helping seniors find appropriate resources in several capacities over the last two decades. She started working with seniors as an owner of a durable medical equipment company. Later she became a marketing representative or community services representative for agencies supplying home health services, long term care insurance, medical supplies and now non-medical home care services. She is passionate about helping seniors stay in their own homes independently.

Theresa Andersen, Client Care Coordinator

Theresa is our Client Care Coordinator. She meets with our clients and gets acquainted with them, allowing us to make the perfect fit with a CAREgiver. In addition, Theresa does our Client/CAREgiver introductions, and quality assurance checks, in order to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
Theresa is also our first Certified Lifecathing representitive, going out and catching seniors life experiences on video for the gift of a lifetime for their families.

Mary Robinson, Recruitment Coordinator

Mary returned to Home Instead after almost a decade away. She still runs her own services business, but after being away from us, remembered what she loved about Home Instead Senior Care. She has a backround in staffing, office management, recruiting, marketing and sales.
Mary returns as our Recruitment Coordinator.
