The Staff of Home Instead Senior Care in Cedarburg 

Welcome, from your Cedarburg, Grafton, Port Washington, Mequon, West Bend and surrounding area office staff. We are your trusted provider for in home care services to seniors in Ozaukee and Washington County. Our senior care services can assist you or your loved one with homemaker tasks (cleaning, laundry, errands, etc.), hands on personal cares (bathing, ambulation, grooming, etc.), dementia and Alzheimer's care (safety and monitoring) and many other home care services.

We place a high priority on matching our CAREGivers with the client. We believe that relationships based on trust must be established. The bond that develops is one that fosters independence, provides engagement, promotes well-being, and supports the senior's needs with dignity.

When you're ready for help, our trusted staff is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior services needs. We offer a free Care Consultation to determine you or your loved ones home care needs. Then, with over 150 CAREGivers on staff (not pictured!) and the information gathered during the Care Consultation, we'll find the right CAREGiver for you and make the perfect match!


Lynda Schneider - Inquiry Specialist

Lynda is your resource for all referrals. She is available to answer questions about Home Instead Senior Care and the in home care services we offer. Lynda's caregiving experience as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver and her own caregiving experiences with her aging parents give her a unique understanding of the challenges you may be facing and how we are here to help. Deirdre Barrows - Client Care Coordinator

Dee is responsible for conducting Care Consultations for new or potential clients. The purpose of the Care Consultation is to discuss home care and service care needs, routines, likes, dislikes, challenges, etc. Then, Dee will take the information gathered during your discussion and create a care plan that will be used to create schedules and assist in finding the perfect CAREGiver!


Karen Murdock - Community Service Representative

 
Karen is the face of HISC in the Cedarburg, Grafton, Mequon and West Bend area. She will keep you updated on HISC and ensure that you have the appropriate literature resources available to share. Karen will work with you or your staff to make sure that you are educated about Home Instead Senior Care services and the solutions we provide to senior clients and their family members.

Karen Plamann - Director of Impressions

Karen is our Director of Impressions. Karen works in the Cedarburg office and is typically the voice you hear on the telephone and the face you see when you walk into our office. She'll gladly offer you coffee, water or just to hang out in our CAREGiver lounge. If you're nice....she may even offer you a homemade cookie!


Kerri Kraemer - Staff Coordinator

Kerri coordinates and maintains schedules for our clients and CAREGivers creating successful matches and ensuring that we are are meeting the care needs of our clients. She will communicate with the client and/or their decision makers and communicate changes and updates to our CAREGivers to make sure that the appropriate care is provided.


Nancy Becker - On-Call Staff Supervisor

 
Nancy is our evening and weekend staff coordinator supervisor. Nancy ensures that a Home Instead Senior Care representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nancy can provide you with information on our services, maintain schedules, and assist with any after-hour emergencies that may arise.

Jennifer Dexter - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

 
Jennifer is always on the lookout for people with the compassion and proper attitude to be an excellent CAREGiver. Jennifer is responsible for hiring and retaining a quality team of professional caregivers. Then, with the assistance of the rest of the Cedarburg office team, Jennifer works to ensure their experience of caregiving is a fulfilling one.

Terri Schimmel-Noe - HR Assistant

 
Terri is the HR Assistant for Home Instead Senior Care and is responsible for supporting the Recruitment and Retention Coordinators and our CAREGivers. She is responsible for conducting CAREGiver criminal background checks, personal and professional reference checks and more.

Elisia Lewis - HR / Training Manager

 
Elisia is responsible for overseeing our Recruitment and Retention Coordinators (RRC's). She works with the RRC's to ensure that we have plenty of exceptionally trained, professional CAREGivers to meet the needs of our clients. Elisia is also responsible for developing the training program for our CAREGiving team. She is always happy to answer questions about caregiving as a rewarding work experience.

Christy Dorn - Accounting Manager

Christy handles the day-to-day bookkeeping for our clients and CAREGivers. She is your contact for billing, payment or payroll questions. She also manages the benefit programs offered to Home Instead Senior Care employees. Christy can be reached at (920)965-1600.


Laurie Godes - Client Experience Director

 
Laurie is a member of the Leadership Team and is responsible for ensuring that the home care services you receive from the Cedarburg Home Instead Senior Care office are EXTRA-ordinary. Laurie manages and oversees our Quality Assurance program, our Staff Coordinators, and our PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) Program. She is driven to create positive experiences for you or your loved ones that will encourage you to let more seniors know about the benefits of Home Instead Senior Care.

James Nooyen - Business Director

 
James is the Business Director for Home Instead Senior Care and a member of the Leadership Team. He is responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations including finance, accounting, risk, insurances, contracts, and vendor relationships. He also serves as the point of contact for technology.
