Steve Nooyen is the owner of the Northeast & Southeast Wisconsin franchises of Home Instead Senior Care. Home Instead Senior Care is the world's largest provider of comprehensive, non-medical home care services for the elderly. Steve's business provides services to seniors throughout Wisconsin from offices in Green Bay, Appleton, Cedarburg, Oshkosh, and Sturgeon Bay. Steve opened Home Instead Senior Care locally in 1997 as its only employee. Today, his business employs more than 400 full and part-time employees, and is among the largest of the more than 700 franchise groups for Home Instead Senior Care worldwide.

Steve's business is dedicated to the memory of his grandfather, Al DeCleene, who battled dementia, and died shortly before the opening of Home Instead Senior Care. Click on the video below to hear more about Grandpa Al and why Home Instead Senior Care is 'personal' to Steve.

Steve and his wife, Kristi, have two children - Dana & Sean, and live in De Pere, WI. He is a current board member of the Greater Wisconsin Alzheimer's Assoc., trustee for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, co-founding member of the WI Chapter of the National Private Duty Assoc., and regular volunteer for the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Brown County. Steve is also past recipient of the 2006 Young Alumnus Award from Marquette University, and the 2001 Entrepreneurial Award through the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
