Amy Raymond – General Manager

 
Amy is passionate about providing quality care to our seniors. From her Grandmother being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and watching the progression of it, it became apparent that Home Instead Senior Care was a solution to a common problem and wants to be a part of that solution. As the General Manager, Amy oversees the day to day operations of this franchise and truly enjoys the interactions with the clients, their families, and the CAREGiver, as they are the heartbeat of the company. Bringing her life’s experiences she ensures that her entire staff is providing the compassionate, dedicated, and reliable services that Home Instead Senior Care is known for. She is proud to be a part of this team of professionals and looks forward to helping more clients’ and their families find solutions to their individual problems.

Ann Marie Olson – Staff Coordinator

Ann Marie’s dedication to the seniors we serve stem’s from her family’s desire to maintain her Grandmother and Father’s independence as they struggle with the perils of aging.  Knowing the challenges her family overcomes with ensuring the coordination of proper care, Ann Marie takes pride in ensuring all our clients shifts are filled with the right CAREGivers. Ann Marie knows how important it is to have client to CAREGiver matches so she makes it a goal to find the perfect fit based upon each client’s individual needs. Her attention to detail and desire to attain client satisfaction makes her a valuable asset to the team.

NiCole Valladolid – Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

Knowing that the senior population is growing, NiCole understands the importance of having the perfect CAREGiver’s ready to help our clients. NiCole screens only the most qualified applicants by conducting interviews, reference checks, dependent abuse background checks, motor vehicle checks, and criminal background checks to allow for client and family member peace of mind. She also ensures that the CAREGiver’s complete all the necessary training, so the CAREGivers are prepared to help our clients in every way possible. NiCole’s attention to detail and ability to connect with people makes her contributions to the team unmatched.

Nickie Quinn – Community Marketing Representative

Nickie says that she has the best job, because she gets to go out within our community and share with people why Home Instead Senior Care is a solution to our aging population.  Nickie enjoys meeting with clergy, associations, support groups, health care groups, or anyone that will listen because it gives her the opportunity to provide solutions to the community on so many levels. Her ability to connect with people to share her knowledge and experience with others in such a friendly way makes her a priceless addition the to Sioux City team.

Alisha Weller – Client Care Coordinator

Alisha is a problem solver…she specializes in providing everyday solutions to our clients and their family members. She knows how important each client is and how their needs vary, so she takes the time to meet with them and create a special plan of care that fits their unique needs. Her attention to details ensures that each client can be confident that they are going to get the help and support they need to remain as independent for as long as possible. Alisha also provides Quality Assurance visits to guarantee client satisfaction continues long after the first day of service.
