This office is a local company with 10 years of hands-on experience helping Northwest Arkansas seniors to continue to live independently. After many years in the fields of physical therapy and secondary education, Mark and Kristine Stanley decided to apply their training, skills and experiences to the fulfilling task of operating a home care company that provides a service desperately needed by the senior population. These past 9 years, the Stanleys were given the opportunity to add several dedicated, experienced, caring and compassionate members to the office staff and have created a Home Instead Family. This longevity has afforded us the experience to develop and refine a process for hiring, training, coordinating and retaining CAREGivers who are loyal, caring and dependable. The office Family is involved in all parts of the client and CAREGiver experience, ensuring that consistent, reliable, high quality services are received.
