Our Team
Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in their community. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families. As a non-medical service, we can focus on the customized non-medical needs of the client without adding unnecessary costs of medical expertise.
This office is a local company with 8 years of hands-on experience helping Northwest Arkansas seniors to continue to live independently. After many years in the fields of physical therapy and secondary education, Mark and Kristine Stanley decided to apply their training, skills and experiences to the fulfilling task of operating a home care company that provides a service desperately needed by the senior population. These past 8 years, the Stanleys were given the opportunity to add several dedicated, experienced, caring and compassionate members to the office staff and have created a Home Instead Family. This longevity has afforded us the experience to develop and refine a process for hiring, training, coordinating and retaining CAREGivers who are loyal, caring and dependable. The office Family is involved in all parts of the client and CAREGiver experience, ensuring that consistent, reliable, high quality services are received. We look forward to adding your family to our Family.
When you are ready for help, our caring office family is on call to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your home care services needs throughout Northwest Arkansas including Benton and Carroll counties.
