BOB & JOYCE KOCH

Bob and Joyce Koch are both graduates of Illinois State University with degrees in Business Management. Bob has a background as a managing partner with an employee benefit-consulting firm located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, where he worked for over 15 years. Joyce has a background in the Osco Drug management program and as a Systems Engineer with Northern Telecom.

Bob is a member of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA) and he oversees client services, marketing and overall administration of Home Instead Senior Care.  Joyce oversees the Home Instead Senior Care office and ensures that our commitment and quality service to the seniors is being upheld.

Together, Bob and Joyce have a wealth of experience that includes human resources, customer service, quality control and most importantly, having great compassion for seniors. Bob, Joyce and their entire Home Instead Senior Care team would be honored to help provide care for your senior loved one.
