Elderhaus Adult Day Programs, Inc. Receives a Grant to Help Local Seniors Fort Collins, April 20, 2009. As part of a $10,000 grant from The Home Instead Senior Care Foundation, Elderhaus Adult Day Programs will provide a Mental Health Counseling Project in Larimer County for local senior citizens. Elderhaus is partnering with Aging Center of the Rockies to provide on-site professional psychological counseling for the participants and their caregivers. The program will provide services to approximately 350 seniors in need of assistance in meeting their nutritional needs; through hot meals delivered by volunteers, five days a week.
