Kate Aiello, Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Kate delivers the Home Instead message while keeping her finger on the pulse of the care community. Her passion is working with professionals and families to create an environment in which seniors are safe, independent, and happy, wherever they call home. In fact, she understands firsthand the benefits of being able to keep a loved one at home with around-the-clock care. Her mom became a client in 2007, and Kate credits Home Instead with giving her mom the end-of-life experience she wanted—surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of her own home. |

Mary Nell Klein, Client Services Coordinator
Our Home Instead veteran, Mary Nell has been devoted to helping families learn about the options of care at home since 2001. As Client Services Coordinator, Mary Nell spends time with every family, learning about their personal needs and their CAREGiver preferences. Mary Nell aims to create a positive experience between every family and CAREGiver. Matching the client with the ideal CAREGiver is one of the aspects of her job she loves most. But building her relationship with families and clients through regular quality assurance visits is the big payback for her. |

Our CAREGiversSM Are at the Heart of It All
Our CAREGivers are residents of the local area who are carefully screened, fully bonded and insured. Each takes part in our exclusive multi-phase training and we place a high priority on matching our CAREGivers with our clients to help develop a bond that will foster independence, promote well being and support the senior’s needs with respect and dignity.
Our Guiding Principles
The Home Instead Senior Care franchise network embraces the following core values
held by the Home Office and demonstrated by our commitment to seniors:
To honor God in all we do.
To treat each other with dignity and respect.
To encourage growth in ourselves and others.
To build value in our service to others.
