Andrea Campanella
Andrea has been our Service Coordinator for over 7 years. She oversees all scheduling from initial plan of care appointment to CAREGiver introductions and Quality Assurance visits. Andrea's goal is to make sure that every client gets the care that they expect and deserve. Andrea's position requires a large amount of data entry, documentation and follow up phone calls, while her number one priority is making sure that everyone who calls any one of our offices gets the help they need, when they need it. If anyone ever has any questions or concerns about their schedule or service, Andrea will see that it is taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
Andrea also acts as our After Hours Support Staff. If our clients, their families, or our CAREGivers need to contact us anytime, day or night, any day of the week, Andrea will help them. Yes, you actually get to speak to a live person, even on weekends!
Andrea has over 14 years experience working with seniors and disabled adults and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since October of 2001, and in her time off she enjoys taking care of Esmerelda, her red tail boa constrictor, Harley the 138 pound Pitt Bull, Gia her red nose Pitt Bull and Sylvester the cat. She also enjoys doing home improvement projects or traveling with her husband to exotic locations such as Jamaica and St. Lucia.
