		Carol Smith Carol opened Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2001.Carol is the Vice President and Secretary for the company and has the position of Client Care Coordinator. In this role she goes out into the community and meets potential clients and educates them on the services that Home Instead Senior Care offers and ensures that our services meet the needs of future clients. Carol visits the homes of potential clients and provides them with a plan of care, free of charge. She uses this assement as a tool to help the family and the client figure out exactly what the clients needs and goals are. She also provides quality assurance visits for existing clients to make sure that they are satisfied with their current service and to assure that the needs and goals are being met. Carol is currently a sub chair board member for the Life Steps Foundation Linkages Program, a respite program for family care givers. Carol enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves to spend time creating one of a kind pottery art and is a Certified Massage Practitioner. Carol has over 10 years experience working with senior citizens and their needs. Carol lives in Pismo Beach with her Husband and her two sons.
		Tiffany Alcantara Tiffany is the President and CFO of Home Instead Senior Care and holds the position of General Manager. She has been with the company for 8 years. She handles the financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, annual budgeting and business planning including advertising, as well as growth and development. Tiffany also makes sure that the team is aware of the current trends and regulations of in home care to assure that Home Instead Senior Care is setting the standard. She also manages our state approved Injury and Illness Prevention Program and assures that our Staff and CAREGivers provide quality customer service at all times. Tiffany has completed courses on Managing and Financing Independent Business. She also is a current Certified Senior Advisor. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and the family pets; Lucky, a golden Labrador and the two cats Tiger and Caridwen. Tiffany is an avid reader, and especially enjoys historical fiction, medical texts and home improvement. Tiffany has over 15 years experience working with seniors and the developmentally disabled and joined our team in December 2001.
		Andrea Campanella Andrea has been our Service Coordinator for over 7 years. She oversees all scheduling from initial plan of care appointment to CAREGiver introductions and Quality Assurance visits. Andrea's goal is to make sure that every client gets the care that they expect and deserve. Andrea's position requires a large amount of data entry, documentation and follow up phone calls, while her number one priority is making sure that everyone who calls any one of our offices gets the help they need, when they need it. If anyone ever has any questions or concerns about their schedule or service, Andrea will see that it is taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Andrea also acts as our After Hours Support Staff. If our clients, their families, or our CAREGivers need to contact us anytime, day or night, any day of the week, Andrea will help them. Yes, you actually get to speak to a live person, even on weekends! Andrea has over 14 years experience working with seniors and disabled adults and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since October of 2001, and in her time off she enjoys taking care of Esmerelda, her red tail boa constrictor, Harley the 138 pound Pitt Bull, Gia her red nose Pitt Bull and Sylvester the cat. She also enjoys doing home improvement projects or traveling with her husband to exotic locations such as Jamaica and St. Lucia.
		Jennifer Neal Jennifer is our Marketing Director. She is highly involved in networking, community events and public relations in an attempt to give back to the community and increase awareness and utilization of Home Instead Senior Care Services by the senior community. Jennifer had 8 years experience working as the administrator/CNA/HHA of a 6 bed RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) before joining our team in August 2002. Jennifer has four grandchildren and enjoys trips to Big Sur to spend time with family; she currently lives in Grover Beach.
		Laura Bartley Laura joined Home Instead Senior Care in January 2005. Laura is the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator; she is responsible for finding high quality candidates to become our CAREGivers, thoroughly screening them, and training even the most experienced people to become extraordinary CAREGivers and take excellent care of our clients. Laura's position requires a large amount of data entry, paperwork and documentation. If you are interested in becoming a CAREGiver, give Laura a call - but remember, she has very high standards and only hires the absolute best! Laura enjoys reading and loves playing card games. She also enjoys getting together with family. Laura has studied in crisis intervention, cultural diversity and counseling. She currently resides in Arroyo Grande with her Husband and her Son.
