Michele Lodoen - Recruiting and Retention Coordinator

Michele Lodoen is our Recruiting and Retention Coordinator.  Some of her many responsibilities include finding high-quality candidates, thoroughly screening all potential CAREGivers, conducting all CAREGiver training, monitoring CAREGiver compliance with company policies and state licensing requirements, and doing whatever is necessary to keep these great people. Michele also runs our "Be A Santa To A Senior" community service program, collecting thousands of gifts every year for local lonely and needy seniors.

Mike Stuber - Operations Manager

Mike Stuber is our Operations Manager. Mike was formerly the manager of our Elkhart office, but he now works out of our South Bend office. Mike is responsible for all facets of our operations out of both of our local offices. 

Pat Richter - Community Service Representative

Pat Richter is our Community Service Representative. He works out of both our South Bend and Elkhart offices. Working closely with local facilities, organizations and professionals throughout the Michiana area, Pat provides education about senior issues, and makes sure that local professionals are always aware of the full scope of care and services available.

Sheila Wright - Support Coordinator

Sheila Wright is the Support Coordinator in our South Bend office.  Scheduling assistance, data entry, documentation, phone calls - she does it all!  Sheila's main priority is helping to make sure that everyone who works in or calls our office gets the help they need, when they need it. Amy Modjeska - Staff Coordinator


Amy Modjeska is the Staff Coordinator in our Elkhart office. Although her title is Staff Coordinator, she really runs the entire Elkhart office. Some of her many responsiblities are to effectively and quickly handle all staffing and scheduling in Elkhart County and surrounding areas, answer the phones, data entry, and customer service. Amy does a lot in this office, including keeping it running smoothly.
