
Since the services we provide are so "up close & personal", our Staffing Coordinator must have a thorough knowledge of both our Clients' needs and our Caregivers' skills. It is this matching process that enables the "rubber to meet the road". In addition to our Staff Coordinator's vast knowledge, we have a computerized matching program that further assists in this effort. The caregiver then recieves a comprehensive care summary as a starting point. Once the client service begins, a formal care plan is developed.
The Staff Coordinator continues to monitor the relationship between client and caregiver.
