Being the strong, silent type, his training focus is "hands on," demonstrating techniques to CAREGivers, rather than lecturing. He is always the first person at the office in the morning and the last to leave--begging the question "does he ever go home?" The staff would literally have to drag him from the training room. Because of this uncompromising dependability--he has never missed a training class--and his consistent involvement in the office, he is the perfect choice to blog about what goes on at HISC. His experience and expertise are extremely beneficial to the CAREGivers. Manny can be reached directly at seniorcare@homeinsteadla.net.
