General Manager - Janice Hall

Janice Hall has been with Home Instead Senior Care for over 7 years and in that time she has managed our business with professionalism and a comittment to procurring the best office staff in the industry.  She has looked for compassion, dedication and a love for the seniors in each employee she has hired.  Janice maintains a warm and trusting environment for all the staff and for our wonderful, dedicated CAREGivers.

Director of Operations- Jennifer Miranda

Jennifer Miranda has been with us for 5 years.  Jennifer was recently promoted to Director of Operations from her former position of HR Director.  Jen is now handling social media, franchise website and email solutions for the office.  Jen is the supervisor of our Staff Coordinator and Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Jen also administers our CAREGiver training program which is the most thorough in the industry.

Owner - Brandi Johnson

Brandi found her calling when she was in college working in a convalescent home as a CNA.  She knew that she wanted a career helping seniors. After working with the Developmentally Disabled and Handicapped adults for 5 years as the Administrator of 3 group homes, she began researching senior careers and found Home Instead Senior Care.  When she read about the franchise, she knew it was what she wanted to do.  After she and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, talked it over they became business partners and launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000.  It is a win-win business. We can help keep seniors in their homes and create jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back."

Director of Communtiy Services- Leticia Vazquez

Leticia has been with Home Instead Senior Care for over a year and has been a valuable member of our team. She is dedicated to creating and maintaining active and meaningful relationships with the Senior Community and orgainaztions that help our Seniors. We are very pleased to have Leticia as a member of our team.

Staff Coordinator- Art Rodriguez

Art comes to us with over 5 years of staffing experience. Art is a CNA, and started in the industry as a Caregiver, giving him the incite to build strong relationships with Clients as well as Caregivers.

Executive Assistant-Maria Gustave

We are thrilled to have Maria join our team. After working at a foster agency for 16 years, Maria came to Home Instead when the company closed down. Her experience with matching kids and families has given her a great sense of matching our CAREGivers with our seniors! Maria enjoys people, and loves to stay busy.
