Quality Assurance-
Our office employs Client Care Coordinators whom are responsible for managing services for each of our clients. With regularly scheduled home visits we are able to assess the compatibility of clients and CAREGivers, and ensure that individual client needs are being met to the satisfaction of both clients and their families. In addition, our office utilizes a telephonic timecard system which allows the office to monitor exactly what time our employees arrive and depart from the residence of a client. |

Continuing Education Program-
We and our CAREGivers are truly passionate about improving both the lives of seniors, and our ability to do so. For this reason we provide our employees with regular guest speaker presentations during quarterly company meetings, and require participation in continuing education on a range of relevant geriatric topics. |

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Specialists-
