CAREGiver Helen We are happy to be part of Helen’s semi-retirement plan. Her experience teaching Home Economics along with her own personal experience as a family caregiver makes her a natural Home Instead CAREGiver. Helen is a great team player with flexible availability and strong communication skills. Not only is she a fabulous cook with years of training and experience but her joy of cooking and hospitality are clearly appreciated by clients, their families and our office as well. Apple pies, soups, cakes and stews … mmmm! A client’s daughter wrote in praise of Helen, “ Helen is amazing with Dad… so respectful with him and Dad has enjoyed his time with her. Thank You!” Helen strives for excellence in all she does and her care for her clients goes above and beyond. |

CAREGiver Lorraine Lorraine enjoys history, museums and listening to pioneer stories. She chose the right occupation to fulfill those interests! Lorraine describes herself as a lifelong learner who values good nutrition and an active lifestyle. Lorraine has a quiet, independent way of working which is a great strength in her work with seniors. She never seems to get phased or rattled and her down to earth, warm personality makes her well loved by everyone. We often see her compassionate care shine through as she advocates for clients and she is able to beautifully connect with seniors when they are uncomfortable, unhappy, irritated or confused – helping them through many difficult days and moments. |
