"Home Instead has made all the difference in the world for the care of our elderly parents, one with Alzheimer's disease and the other with cancer. We can't say enough about the professional attention the caregivers provide and this is particularly true in the case of the manager, Priscilla Fernandes. Priscilla is always available to speak with, reacts very promptly to any requests we pass on, manages and co-ordinates the staff and advises my sister and I immediately when she feels that she needs to. She is a very "hands on" manager, and very communicative, while not being intrusive. Any request we make is immediately acted on.
Our parents were initially very reluctant to have "strangers in their home," but very quickly came to enjoy that assistance and companionship of the caregivers. For my sister, who lives out of town, and in my own case, it gives us immense peace of mind to know that numerous small details necessary to their care are being expertly handled and that we will be promptly advised if there is an issue that we need to be aware of. We could never provide this level of support to them without the care of Priscilla and crew.

I was asked to come in for an interview...[and]...was greeted by two extremely warm and friendly individuals. They were very easy to talk to...and I felt like I had known them for years. I was hired...and one day later and assignment came in for me...and in no time I had 5 clients. I truly enjoy my job.
