We seek to meet and interact with our clients and employees on a regular basis in order to know them as individuals and then meet their individual needs.
At our Etobicoke Home Instead Senior Care franchise office, we follow up regularly with our clients to ensure that quality care is being provided. Our client care coordinator intersperses friendly phone calls with home visits so that our clients have ample opportunities to ask questions or address any concerns they may have.
