Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in their community AND that's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families.

When you're ready for help or just have a concern, our caring staff is available  to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior services needs.

 


Franchise Owner

Don has been active in the business community since 1975. Don along with his wife Anita, seen the need for compassionate senior care in the Okanagan region and when the opportunity arose, they started a business in Kelowna in 2002. The doors opened May that year in West Kelowna and then moved to Kelowna in 2005. Kelowna Home Instead Senior Care Office has successfully provided quality non-medical services to hundreds of clients since that first day. Don is involved in all aspects of the business: office administration, scheduling, meeting people in the community and home visits. He is also a volunteer leader in the community.


Franchise Owner

Anita, is an active owner and is very passionate regarding the quality care being provided to seniors. Anita, also volunteers part of her time with individuals in the community. So, she understands what is involved to improve the quality of life for people in our senior community. Anita also does the accounting for the company.

Staff Coordinator

Jen oversees the scheduling and appointments for Clients and CAREGivers. Jen will often be the first person you will speak with in the office and her priority is to ensure that your questions are answered in a timely and professional manner.

Kim F

Kim joined the office in 2010. Kim's repsponsibilities include CAREGiver recruitment, training, and administrative support.

Office Manager - Greeter & Security

Mitzu joined the team in 2003 and office hasn't quite been the same since.  She ensures everyone takes their walk breaks on a regular basis.  You can't enter the office without meeting her; she greets everyone and does her security check at the same time.
