As a service provider for seniors we seek compassionate, trust worthy and professional CAREGivers to represent our Company. We have a very thorough hiring and training process that each CAREGiver is required to complete. Our hiring process consists of two levels of interviews, 6 reference checks and a criminal record check.
Training begins immediately after the hiring process is completed. CAREGivers must complete:
1. A Basic, Advanced, Safety, and Activities Training Program
2. Mentoring and assessments with our Services Coordinator
3. Quarterly training at CAREGiver meetings (training includes topics such as, elder abuse, transfers, proper footwear, etc.)
In addition to the above training CAREGivers are encouraged to complete Alzheimer and Personal Care training.
