Jo-Ann - Community Relations Liaison

Jo-Ann is a passionate motivator, using her strong communications background to reach out to our local community with information aimed to improve the quality of life for seniors.  As our ambassador, Jo-Ann is available to speak to individuals and groups.  We welcome you to give her a call.

Diane - Recruitment Co-ordinator

Diane is a registered Recreation Therapist and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004.  She maintains our meticulous process of finding the right people.  Her understanding of the attributes necessary for success  as a caregiver help ensure we send only the best to your home.

Lee - Staff Co-ordinator

Lee is an experienced geriatric recreation co-ordinator.  She uses her communication and relationship skills to facilitate the best Caregiver match for each family and to maintain our Client/CAREGiver service schedules.

Colleen - Operations Manager

Colleen has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004.  She received her post degree diploma in Gerontology from the University of Waterloo after earning her B.A. in Community Studies.  Colleen uses her organizational skills to ensure that our Clients receive the high level of service they deserve.

Nancy - Owner

Nancy is the original CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care - White Rock.  Her experience and understanding makes her a great source of support for clients, family, and CAREGivers.  Nancy maintains an active role particularly with administration and quality assurance.

Wes - Owner

Wes opened the White Rock Home Instead Senior Care Franchise in 2001.  He is determined to provide only the best and most trusted service in our community.
