We work together with our CAREGivers to keep up-to-date with the information required to provide service in the best manner possible. Care journals are one of the valuable tools we use to give Home Instead CAREGivers, family, and other key visitors access to a daily diary of activities.
Clearly, we like to know our CAREGivers very personally, but it's also important to get to know you. As part of our process, we get acquainted with each of our clients so that we can understand you and your needs before assessing who will be the best fit for your family.
