Home Instead Senior Care, North York, prides itself on the quality of our CAREGivers and the quality of care they provide. We conduct a comprehensive screening and recruitment process that includes phone and face-to-face interviews. In addition we request 6 reference checks, and conduct a criminal background check.

Once they are selected, our CAREGivers go through a broad classroom training program that includes testing to ensure a strong level of understanding. Our CAREGivers are our valued employees and we treat them as such.
