Beth Roussel, Owner/President

Beth grew up having a very close relationship with her grandmother and out of that relationship grew a passion for serving seniors in her community. She has guided the growth and development of Home Instead over the last 11 years. Through Beth’s dedication to hiring only the best, whether it be our administrative staff or CAREGivers, we consistently receive recognition for our excellent quality care.

Beth recognizes and appreciates the value that each person of her administrative team brings to Home Instead. One of Beth’s greatest strengths is her ability to empower each and every employee to grow both professionally and personally. She takes pride in watching her entire team shine when faced with challenges-all are GREAT in Beth’s eye and deserve accolades for doing a job above and beyond the norm.

Our CAREGivers are residents of the local area who are carefully screened, fully bonded and insured. Each takes part in our exclusive multi-phase training and we place a high priority on matching our CAREGivers with our clients to help develop a bond that will foster independence, promote well being and support the senior’s needs with respect and dignity.  Our CAREGivers are at the heart of it all.

You Can Rest Assured That Each And Every One Of Our CAREGivers Are:

    (They are not independent contractors or placed in the home through a nurse-registry arrangement)
  2. Required to go through extensive background checksReference checked (minimum 6)

Cindy Hill, General Manager

Cindy came to Home Instead Senior Care in 2004 as the Client Care Coordinator after being in the senior care industry for almost 20 years. In July 2010, Cindy accepted the position of General Manager with Home Instead Senior Care.
 
Cindy’s position as General Manager has her overseeing all areas of the business. She helps to ensure that the mission of our organization is followed and that a high level of customer service and quality services are provided. Working closely with our team, she helps to oversee that the day-to-day needs of our clients, their families, and our CAREGivers are taken care of in a timely manner. To sum up Cindy’s job, she is here to guide our team into giving peace of mind to families.

Tonya Smith, Recruiting & Retention Coordinator

Knowing that the senior population is growing, Tonya understands the importance of having the perfect CAREGivers ready to help our clients. Tonya screens only the most qualified applicants. She ensures that the CAREGivers complete all the necessary training so they are prepared to assist our clients in every way possible. Tony’s attention to detail and her ability to connect with people makes her contributions to the team unmatched.

TJ Jeffries, Staff Coordinator

TJ has seen Caregiving from both sides, as a CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care and as a family member of someone needing home care. She knows the stress you face with difficult situations and the decisions you face. TJ uses this knowledge to help her select the best CAREGiver to match your needs, schedule and personality. She stays informed of any changes in your schedule or home situation, and updates CAREGivers on your needs ensuring the best possible service to our clients.

Julie Pena, Client Care Coordinator

Julie has 9 years of combined work experience as a community health educator, case manager, and volunteer coordinator. She has worked in health care settings such as hospitals, hospice, and health departments throughout her career. Julie has lived in our community her entire life and is dedicated to helping the seniors that she serves. Julie understands the importance of keeping your independence and quality of life as you grow older and is pleased to assist families in reaching this goal for their loved ones.
 
As the Client Care Coordinator, Julie meets with potential clients and their families to discuss services for their loved ones. She makes sure that our clients are getting the best care possible by making regular quality visits and making client and caregiver introductions.
