Dear Home Instead,

I remember clearly it was a beautiful s
pring day in May, the doorbell rang and there stood a lady, with a lovely appearance and a beautiful smile.  She'd introduced herself as Tammy Mayfield, my new CAREGiver from Home Instead. I knew immediately that she was a special person that I could relate too. It's been a little over three years now and we've had a wonderful relationship.  She is like a daughter, kind, loving, concerned; like the daughter, I lost with cancer some 10 years ago.  I tell her she is my adopted daughter. My family is very attached to her and depends so much on her advice and concerns, they look on her as a member of the family.

God has blessed me with this very special, loving, caring lady and I a forever grateful for her love and concern.  My meals are always so-o-good, my house is in order and washing and ironing done in a timely manner, and she loves my dog Max and he really loves her, a lot.  He is a little white Cock-a-poo.  She sees he is well groomed and cared for. Tammy is always happy, smiling, and with a kind word, she is such a pleasure to have in my home, always neat and clean. I cannot do enough to express my thanks.  She is a special child of God's and I am so blessed to have here care.

With love and God's blessing,

Barb Peterson

Dear Home Instead,

My mother Joyce who is a client of Home Instead, wanted me to compose a letter regarding your employee Lindsey Smith. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Lindsey's care giving skills. It seems that Lindsey goes more than the extra mile in taking care of my mother. Ever since she has started with my mom's care I can tell she is making a big difference for my mother. Joyce is only 75 years old but has been severely disabled by rheumatoid arthritis for over 47 years. The disease has robbed her of just about everything including her eyesight. We have almost lost her a few times to the side effects of the steroids that she has used over the years to keep her mobile. Joyce has been through some very tough times in her life and we try to keep her from going into a nursing facility as this would probably devastate her. Lindsey has been a real shining light for my mom and she has really touched her heart with the kind of care she is receiving from her. I hope she knows how important her work is. Home Instead was has a beautiful gem working for them.

Sincerely,

Molly Hansen
