Concepcion Bernabe, Co-Owner Originally from Manila, Philippines. Concepcion, together with her husband Jose, bought the San Joaquin County franchise in 2005 upon recognizing the growing need for quality and affordable home care for seniors in this part of California.
Concepcion currently holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Assumption College in Manila. She furthered her education and desire to be a person for others by taking a nursing degree in the Philippines. At the moment, she is on her junior year.
Caring for others is natural to her nurtured by a close knit and conservative family. A proud mother, with 3 children, Concepcion spends her free time cooking and baking.   Jose Bernabe, Co-Owner Originally from Manila, Philippines, Jose established the Home Instead Senior Care franchise in San Joaquin County together with his wife, Concepcion. Coming from a brood of 7 children, Jose's love of being around with a big family and helping elders motivated him to get the franchise when it became available in 2005.
Jose graduated from the University of the Philippines with a bachelor's degree in economics. His hobbies include reading books, playing golf, racquetball, tennis, and traveling.
  Sarela Quiroga, Community Service Representative Sometimes mistakenly called "Cinderella", Sarela, with a good, loving, and soft heart, is the outreach representative of Home Instead Senior Care in San Joaquin County.
Sarela grew up in the Bay Area, and moved to Stockton during her high school years. She graduated from San Joaquin Delta College taking up courses in business and computer programming.
A person with an upbeat personality and very people oriented, Sarela's biggest influence is her mother, who was a nurse in the county hospital. Because of this, Sarela was enamored to venture into the health care field where she gained vast experience with seniors. Prior to joining the Home Instead family in 2007, she was employed in activities and social services in a Alzheimer's facility here in Stockton.
Her hobbies and interests include hanging out with her 3 children, cooking, and shopping.   Glenda Felix, Staff Coordinator A mother to two children, Glenda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from a Philippine University. She worked in a government agency for twenty-seven years in various administrative positions. After which, she became an assistant administrator for an Alzheimer's facility in Stockton. Glenda, joined Home Instead Senior Care, first as a caregiver in 2006. Being people-oriented,Glenda,was invited to become the staff coordinator in 2007.
Her hobbies include reading, cooking. She also spends her weekends going fishing with her family in the Delta.
