Geneva and Ruby

Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners, Ruby and Geneva, both RN's, possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in their community. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families. They have been in business in Riverside, San Bernardino, and surrounding areas, since June 1999.

Kim Hicken-General Manager and Certified Senior Advisor

Kim comes to us from a Senior Community in Illinois and we are blessed to have her on our team.  She loves people and has  increased our presence and involvement in the Community. 
Kim recently completed her course studies and is now a Certified Senior Advisor.   Kim has a full array of Home Instead Senior Care educational presentations to share with the community.  She also supervises the day to day operations of the administrative offices.
Kim is instrumental in the planning of major community events including Senior Shred Day, Mission Medicine and the biggest campaign of the year "Be a Santa to a Senior."  She has also developed a Community Events Volunteer Council both in Riverside and San Bernardino County.  This Council is comprised of community leaders who help and plan events to help seniors in the respective communities. 
 
Kim is a member of the Magnolia Chamber Business Council.  She is involved in many community events. 

Blanca Damian-Director of Recuitment & Retention

"Coming from an industry where replacements are five minutes away, Home Instead is different for Blanca. She understands our CAREGivers are our product. Finding the right person for the job with the right heart is her goal. She has been Director of  Recruitment and Retention Director for 5 months and  is enjoying the journey."

Cheri Denis-Director of Quality Assurance

Cheri was born and raised a California girl, blessed with three beautiful children. She has worked in the Caregiver Industry for many years as both a Caregiver and Administrator for a Level II Board and Care for Developmentally Disabled Women.  Originally hired as the Staffing Coordinator, Cheri then moved into the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator position and has recently been made Director of Quality Assurance for both the San Bernardino and Riverside Territories.  As a "Client Advocate" she feels a sense of responsibility to make sure that each and every one of our Clients are being treated with the utmost respect and receiving only the best of care from our CAREGivers. To Cheri...Its Personal!


Leanne Mason-Staffing Coordinator

Leanne loves meeting new people and is a good listener. She likes to make sure our clients have the best CAREGiver to meet their individual needs. Because she was a past CAREGiver, and a daughter she understands how families feel about bringing a stranger into their home and wants to make sure that they are comfortable and satisfied with this new addition in their lives. Leanne has been a part of the Home Instead Senior Care Team for the last four years. 


Angie Parrilla-Service Inquiry Specialist

Angie started out with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver and through her 4 years here has found her place as the Service Inquiry Specialist. She listens to each family member that calls with an open heart and ear and lets them know that she understands what they are going through as she went through the same with her mom. She is always available to answer any questions regarding our services, because with her its just not a phone call it's personal.


Joyce-Receptionist

Joyce is a happy mother, grandmother, and great grandmother!

She started at Home Instead Senior Care in 2003 as a CAREGiver.  

She was promoted as a CAREGiver float in the office and then a receptionist.

Joyce has loved each job because she feels appreciated by the clients, CAREGivers, and fellow office staff.

As a Christian, Joyce feels she is serving her God and community and getting paid for it.


Jen Yates-Billing Specialist

Jen Yates is a wife and mother of 3 young children.  She lives  in Riverside, but originally is from Texas.  Jen feels fortunate to work at Home Instead for so many reasons...but the main one is how much we give back to our senior community. Amazing customer service is what we can offer our clients and our CAREGivers. As Billing and Collections Specialist Jen has the opportunity to work with our clients and their family members to resolve any questions or issues they may have about their billing.
