Whether it's providing the best possible non-medical home care or finding the right care facility, we can help. We treat each senior as we would a member of our own family.

Here's how the process works:

1. One of our experienced staff meets with you to assess your needs.
2. We gather all of your pertinent information (needs, budget, preferences, constraints, etc.)
3. We search our database and identify a list of possibilities.
4. We contact those facilities and help coordinate a visit, if appropriate.
5. When the right facility is found, the client signs an agreement with the facility and moves in.

Here's why the process works:

1. We keep a detailed and updated database of facilities.
2.  Our staff regularly visits those facilities listed.
3. We work hard to find the right match for you or your loved one. We put the same compassion, diligence and go-the-extra-mile effort in finding the right facility that we do in providing a great CAREGiver.
4. We can offer this service free of charge to our clients because we are paid an industry standard referral fee by the facilities.

Home Instead Senior Care provides home care services for the elderly. Our services include Alzheimer's Care, assisted living and respite care. We serve all of Alameda County, CA from our three convenient offices located in Oakland, Fremont and Pleasanton.
