Please allow us to share information with you about the Veteran Home Health Aide & Homemaker Program:
Home Instead Senior Care is honored to serve the Veterans in Louisville. We have participated in the Home Health Aide & Homemaker Program since the program started using non-medical providers in July 2007. Since then, we have seen the funding for this program grow and are thrilled that it enables Veterans to receive the help they need.
The program pays for a Homemaker or Home Health Aide for up to 4 hours per visit, anywhere from 1 to 7 days a week. It also provides families "Respite Care" for up to 6 hours, 30 times a year. Services available are based on need.
