At our Be A Santa To A Senior community event, we gathered over 300 gifts for seniors in the community. All gifts were purchased by local companies. The seniors who received these holiday gifts were those who normally would not have received a holiday gift. They are seniors who are not associated with Home Instead Senior Care. This was an event that brought the community together to give back during the holiday season.
Our garage sale benefited our local Alzheimer’s Walk. We raised over $300.00 to donate towards Alzheimer’s research. Our garage sale items were contributed by our Caregivers and Office Staff. One of our clients and CAREGiver came to help us, it wouldn’t have been the same without them!
