Our Staffing Department
: If you need to tweak your schedule or add additional days to your schedule, you may speak to Susan or Annette. Our Staffing Department works hard at making sure all your staffing needs are met. They coordinate our clients' schedule with our CAREGivers availability. We do our best to meet everyone's needs and desires.
Our Office Administrator: James is our Office Administrator who supervises the day- to- day operations. If you have a concern about the service you are receiving, your initial contact person is James. When the time comes and you no longer need services, please contact James, he will make sure to follow through with your request.
Our Director of Home Services: Nellis oversees our staffing and recruitment and retention efforts. She coordinates our training and continuing education classes and interviews potential Home Instead Senior Care CAREGivers
Our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator: On a daily basis Judy sorts through the many employment applications that are submitted to our office. She performs our reference checks and keeps up to date the necessary documentation our office needs to be in compliance with our state regulations. She also coordinates our employee interview and training efforts.
Our Business Office: If you have any concerns or questions related to your invoice, or you would like to change your current method of payment please call Ronda. You can choose to pay your invoice by credit card, automatic deductions from you checking or savings account or with a personal check. As a reminder there is never any money exchange between our clients and CAREGivers, all of our services are invoiced through our office.
Our Community Service Representatives: Yolanda and Victoria represent Home Instead Senior Care throughout Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties. They spend a lot of time visiting your local healthcare organizations, so if there comes a time when you need to place a loved on in a healthcare facility please call them, they will be able to point you in the right direction.
Our Quality Assurance Department: Shawna is our Director of Client Care. She is the first Home Instead Senior Care representative you visit with. She is the individual who visits your home and speaks with you about your needs and expectations in relation to home care services. She also oversees our Quality Assurance Department. Our Client Care Coordinator is Melanie. They both regularly visit our clients' home and follow up with our families as well as our CAREGivers to make sure everyone is happy with the services we are providing.
