My name is Bill and I am a very satisfied client of Home Instead Senior Care. As an only child living and working a continent away in Alaska, I have had to deal with eldercare issues for both of my parents since 2004, and at a long distance away from Orlando. After an initial experience with another provider, I decided to switch to Home Instead several years ago. I'm most happy that I did.
Right from the beginning, I was impressed by the caring professionalism displayed by Home Instead's owners, office staff and caregivers. Both Debra and James Foscolo have advanced degrees in eldercare administration. Their caregivers are well-trained and were responsive to the individual needs of my late father and now my bed-ridden mother. Their office staff communicates well and returns my calls promptly. They all make me feel as if I were their only client.

**We have help provided to us by Home Instead Senior Care, which Dad's long term health care pays for. This allows me to go to work and out to shop (groceries, necessities, shoes...). We have one full-time caregiver, Melita, and others who rotate. They provide such excellent care that I am able to go through my regular daily routine without too much worry, because they truly care as much about Dad as I do.
