Home Instead Senior Care
Orlando, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Winter Park, Kissimmee and surrounding areas

I want to thank you so much for your attention to detail and let you know how very much we appreciate the flexibility of your staff. Every caregiver you have sent our way has been especially wonderful, professional and most of all caring. We find the caregivers easy to work with and enjoy their company as much as my mom does.

Meet Our Office Staff

Our Instructor: Each week Jade instructs our new CAREGivers on the healthcare needs of our aging population as well as the emotional support many of our clients and families need. Not only do our clients need tasks, but they also benefit from the relationship our clients and caregivers develop during the time they spend together. The physical support we provide our clients is just as important as the mental and emotional support we provide them too. During class time we review the Home Instead Senior Care way of providing services and customer satisfaction, as well as Alzheimer’s training and CPR. We provide Home Health Aide training approved by the state of Florida and monthly specialized training classes in many different areas of healthcare.

Our Contract Case Coordinator: Most of our clients hear about us through their friends and family, however we also work very closely with government agencies as well. So closely, we have a full time employee dedicated to assuring our government agencies have a “go to” person for all their needs. Shawna coordinates the care our aging population receives with Orlando’s community social workers and case managers. She assures we are in compliance with our government’s policies and requirements. Attention to detail is one of Shawna’s strong qualities

Our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator: Judy interviews each applicant interested in working with Home Instead Senior Care. Each person interested in working with our clients sit down with Judy for a one on one discussion about why they want to work with our aging population and about the experiences they have. During the time Judy and our applicant are getting to know one another, we are looking for those who have kind, compassionate, caring and patient hearts. No one can teach a person to have the qualities it takes to be our CAREGiver. Those qualities have to be very apparent for us to move further into our interview process.

Our Business Office: If our clients have any concerns or questions related to their invoice, or our clients like to change their current method of payment, our business office is here to help. Our clients can choose to pay their invoice by credit card, automatic deductions from their checking or savings account or with a personal check. As a reminder there is never any money exchange between our clients and CAREGivers, all of our services are invoiced through our office. Both Ralph and Jessica also perform payroll too…so all of our great CAREGivers get paid for the great jobs they do.

Our Staffing Coordinators: Susan, Vanessa, Stacey and Jenna work diligently meeting our client’s staffing needs. It takes talent to work in our Staffing Department! We strive to provide the best possible caregiver and client team. We consider our client’s schedule, their needs, personality and the area of Orlando they live in. To us, our clients and our caregivers, nothing is more magical than making the perfect client and caregiver match!

Our Community Case Managers: Yolanda, Hector and Christine visit our clients daily to assure we are providing the best possible services. We coordinate with the area rehab centers and assure our clients arrive home with our services in place. We work in conjunction with Assisted Living Facilities to help keep our clients at their facilities thru one on one attention. We also help clients who live in Independent Living Facility stay in their apartments and prevent their need to move due to their healthcare needs. We also coordinate with Medicare Home Health Agencies to either supplement their services or assist with their clients once their Medicare benefits are exhausted. We do whatever we can to assure our clients’ needs are being met. Our Community Case Managers have a lot of responsibility when it comes to making sure all of our clients’ needs are being met. They take their quality assurance responsibilities very seriously.
