From the first phone call inquiring about services to the initial in-home consultation to the implementation of care, special attention is given to ensure the client is receiving the best care possible.
The initial phase of the Quality Assurance Program is the relationship launch, which oversees the crucial early period of time as the client's relationship begins with Home Instead Senior Care. To heighten our goal of a successful match at the onset of care, the caregiver is introduced to the client by an office supervisor.
Follow up is done in the form of telephone calls to the client and/or family and spontaneous home visits are conducted to ensure the care plan is being carried out. Support is extended to the CAREGiver, as well as additional training, if necessary.
After this initial phase of concentrated attention, the client and/or family member will continue to periodically receive telephone calls, home visits and standard surveys for the duration of the time that Home Instead Senior Care remains actively involved as a care provider.
