Jason and Debbie Baker have been our local franchise owners since 1999.  Ten years later, the company has grown out of buildings but into the homes of over 1,500 clients.  Their compassion to help those in need spills out of their daily lives and into the hearts of others.  As a Physical Therapist, Jason has a vast understanding of the physical body, and in combination with his humility and graciousness, he exemplifies an extraordinary company owner.  He and Debbie have four children together and are continuing to grow their family through the adoption process.  They are loved by family, friends, the staff and the community.  Because of their character and leadership, we are proud to say that Home Instead is the trusted source of companionship and in-home care of seniors in the Hemet/Banning areas.

Paul King - Office Manager

Paul is the man who keeps this operation going on a day-to-day basis.  His leadership is marked by his servant's heart and willingness to provide for other's needs.  In addition to managing an office buzzing with energy, his ear is always open and his feet are always on the move to ensure customer satisfaction.  We are proud to have an incredible team leader and a great friend.

Amy Vaccarino - Office Supervisor/ Recruitment Coordinator

Amy is our go-to-gal for having answers to many of our toughest questions.  Amy is full of energy and is always on the go to help our community members in need find a place at Home Instead.  She is an incredible supervisor and a great addition to the Home Instead team.

Sherry Olsen - Lifeline Liason

Sherry was hired as a CAREGiver and was later recruited to be our administrative assistant.  Sherry comes to us from the civil engineering field where she has a background in administration.  Obviously, we love having Sherry with us as part of our team.

Kelly Robinson - Administrative Assistant\Training Coordinator

Kelly is responsible for finding and hiring quality CAREgivers to provide care for the seniors in our community.  Between interviews and orientations, Kelly can also be found helping the residents of Sunwest at our new satellite office located right on the Sunwest premises.  With a passion for our seniors and a desire to help others, she fits the bill for a well-suited team member.

Sophia Franco - Quality Assurance Manager

Though Sophia is a vital part of our office staff, she is rarely at her desk.  She can be found stopping by our client's homes, ensuring quality and satisfaction in our service.  She has built strong relationships with many clients and is a highlight for many when she knocks on their door.  Sophia also is a support to our CAREgivers as she is always stocked with extra log notes, gloves and other essentials to help the CAREgiver provide the best care possible. 

Jacyn Klingaman - Community Service Representative

Marketing and social networking is a very sensitive and critical aspect of any business.  As the newest member of our team, Jacyn is a "down to earth" kind of guy who genuinely cares about the seniors in our valley.
