Paul King - Office Manager

                Paul is the man who keeps this operation going on a day-to-day basis.  His leadership is marked by his servant's heart and willingness to provide for other's needs.  In addition to managing an office buzzing with energy, his ear is always open and his feet are always on the move to ensure customer satisfaction.  We are proud to have an incredible team leader and a great friend.

Amy Vaccarino - Office Supervisor and Retention Coordinator

                Amy is our go-to-gal for having answers to many of our toughest questions.  Amy is full of energy and is always on the go to help our community members in need find a place at Home Instead.  In the office, Amy facilitates our CAREgiver training programs and ensures that all caregivers are keeping current with their licenses, insurances and other important documentation.  She is an incredible supervisor and a great addition to the Home Instead team.

JoAnn Hall - Billing Administrator

                JoAnn can tell us who clocked in, for what client and at what time without even having to look at her computer screen.  As an intelligent, methodical worker, JoAnn has found her passion in providing quality and efficient work through billing and staffing.  Not only is she intellectually bright, but her personality and warmth brighten up any room.  We are proud to call her "ours".

Debra Hurst - Staffing Coordinator

                It is possible that Debra would be nominated as "most popular" for our office staff.  She receives the most phone calls and has the most visitors because she is in charge of making sure clients are matched with one of our extraordinary CAREgivers at the appropriate time.  Clients and CAREgivers love Debra for her bubbly and endearing personality and her willingness to work long and hard to provide excellent service! Hats off to you, Debra.

Shannon Eaton - Recruitment Coordinator

                Shannon is responsible for finding and hiring quality CAREgivers to provide care for the seniors in our community.  Between interviews and orientations, Shannon can also be found helping people better their understanding of Alzheimer's and other types of Dementia.  With a passion for education and a desire to help others, she fits the bill for a well-suited team member.

Kelly Robinson - Administrative Assistant

                Kelly is our air traffic controller.  She can be found with a smile on her face and a cold drink in her hand to offer you as soon as you walk in the door.  Whether manning the phones, organizing the office or many of the other reception duties, each task that is given to Kelly is performed with grace and efficiency; we are blessed to have her as a part of our team.

Candy Bushway - Community Service Representative

                Candy has been accurately defined as the buzzing bee of the Home Instead office.  She is always on the move, creating brand awareness for the company.  She can be found distributing information and sweet treats to community members and local businesses.  Candy organizes in-services and special projects for Home Instead as well.  During the holiday season, you may only catch a view of Candy whizzing by as she is instrumental in our Santa to a Senior program.  Thank you, Candy, for your diligent work.

Jera Henry - Community Service Representative

                Jera is another busy lady, ensuring that our community is aware of the services Home Instead can provide.  In visiting local businesses and Dr.'s offices, and helping with our many events, Jera is our worker bee.  Though Jera is the newest member to our Home Instead family, she is a valued and loved addition because of her warm, fun personality and the work she has given to the company.  We are happy to have her on board and look forward to a growing relationship with her.

Sophia Franco - Quality Assurance Manager

                Though Sophia is a vital part of our office staff, she is rarely at her desk.  She can be found stopping by our client's homes, ensuring quality and satisfaction in our service.  She has built strong relationships with many clients and is a highlight for many when she knocks on their door.  Sophia also is a support to our CAREgivers as she is always stocked with extra log notes, gloves and other essentials to help the CAREgiver provide the best care possible. 

Mayzelle Rhoten - Public Relations Director

                Mayzelle is the lady with the connections.  She can be found at events, board meetings, ribbon cutting ceremonies, luncheons and much more.  She is a wealth of information, not only for Home Instead, but for many community agencies.  We appreciate her wisdom and experience in the field and are thankful for her service with Home Instead Senior Care.
